800 Connecticut Avenue is the sole privately owned office building on Lafayette Park opposite the White House, and its tenants enjoy the most extraordinary view in Washington. The elegant facade contains architectural diversity of material and design resulting in dignified harmony. The exterior cladding is Chiampo Rosato, a majestic marble from the quarries of Italy. Interior lobby walls are polished Caralito marble, which is the color of dark honey with a touch of rose.
